Every year, EVOLVEwithK offers one to two retreats that focus on helping women improve their fitness and health.
These retreats are located in the beautiful southwest region of Morocco, where you and your guides will be able to explore new natural wonders every day of the retreat.
This is a superb back-to-nature experience. The daily workshops and fitness activities are performed while surrounded by breathtaking scenery, like the mountain HIIT workout, waterfall stretch, and the cultural hiking tour.

The retreats are led by Kaoutar from EVOLVEwithK, a London-based personal trainer and fitness instructor who was originally born and raised in Morocco. She has merged her love for her home country with her love for fitness to create these retreats, but her main goal is to build a community of support and wellness for like-minded women while taking them on a transformative journey — an experience that will transform your mind, body, and soul.

What To Expect:

 

This retreat will boost your fitness level and your knowledge on how to best to train your body. Each day will include a group workout session and an outdoor activity, as well as workshops about mindset and nutrition to help you understand your mind and body better. You will be staying in Marrakech, at a beautiful luxury riad (a Moroccan villa). This will be our central hub to our daily trips and excursions beyond the city.

Destination:

 

 Marrakesh Menara Airport. All attendees will be required to arrive for their airport transport that will be waiting for you before lunch in Marrakesh on the 05th of September and leaving on the evening of 09th of September. Kaoutar or a member of the team will be waiting for you to collect you at the airport.

Don’t worry, you will be looked after.

Itinerary Example For Day 2:

Day 2

Wake up rested and follow up with a 45 mins morning HIIT.

Fuel up with an energising breakfast, and then get ready for day 2 trip to the Ouzoud Waterfall. They are one of the most
stunningly beautiful landscapes and the highest falls in North Africa.

You will be having lunch in one of the main restaurants with the panoramic view of the waterfalls, and then enjoy a private boat ride by the falls.
You will then have free time to explore and enjoy the fresh air before we head back to Marrakesh in the evening. Use the evening back at the

Riad to get ready for day 3 morning workshops with our Professionals as well as an evening trip to the village to find out more about

the charity work we will be helping with using a percentage of the profit of the retreat.
